BioGraceann's career has placed her on the forefront of brand building, product development and organizational transformation. She brings a strong track record of partnering with CEOs and CMOs to drive significant increases in shareholder value for numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as helping younger brands and startups crystalize their brand positioning to accelerate growth. Graceann Bennett was most recently the Chief Solutions Officer for Dow Jones. Before Dow Jones, she was a founder of Omnicom Group’s We Are Unlimited, the first of its kind, collaborative agency model that has inspired an industry-wide shift in agency structuring. Susan Ruszala
BioSusan Ruszala is a marketing and business development consultant with a deep history in book publishing and media. She is the former President of NetGalley; led business development efforts for OptiQly, and served on their Board; and consults regularly for companies developing new solutions within the publishing vertical.

Roger Scholl
BioRoger Scholl served as VP and Executive Editor of the Doubleday, Crown, and Random House Publishing Groups within Penguin Random House, Inc. He was the Editorial Director of the Currency imprint, focusing on focus on business, innovation, entrepreneurship, finance, economics, and transformation. Prior to that, he was a Senior Editor at John Wiley & Sons, and at G.P. Putnam’s Sons, where he started out in book publishing. Over the course of his career, he has acquired and edited more than 50 New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestsellers. In 2020, he collaborated with Joshua L. Powell in the writing of the book NRA: A Tell-All Account of Corruption, Greed and Paranoia within the Most Powerful Political Group in America.
Lorraine Shanley
BioLorraine Shanley, President of Market Partners International (MPI), began her career at Barnes & Noble, Book-of-the-Month Club, and HarperCollins, where she served as Editorial Director, before co-founding MPI, a publishing and media consultancy. Current and recent clients include: four of the Big Five publishers; the largest marketer of lifelong learning material; a global digital education, research, and assessment company; and a UK-based publicly traded media company.
